Robbing The People
And Their Corporations
(Isaiah 10:5,13-14)
BACKGROUND
1. Getting Started: In 1969 my Dad began investing in securities. The first $5,000 was lost in a learning procedure. He then took a second $5,000 and made $135,000 in less than 6 months when the market was coming down in the 1969-70 "slump." In the process he spotted the repetitious design created by a linear plot of the DJIA which was following a computerized program; and, not knowing the behind-the-scenes operations, he had pinpointed well in advance the DJIA bottom in May of 1970 almost to the week. Therefore, he ended up na�vely investing in options in two of the most manipulated issues in the markets [i.e. Wang Laboratories (AMEX) and University Computing Company (NYSE)].
2. Choice Assets: The late Dr. An Wang had developed the magnetic memory core and later adapted logarithms to electronic circuitry in the mid 1950's and 1960's. This adaptation reduced a room full of electronics to a brief case. In one of several undertakings Dr. Wang had advocated the use of programmable calculators as a teaching tool wherein students could acquire an equivalent of a 4 year college degree in mathematics through high school. In fact, Wang programmable calculators along with several others were being evaluated in the Brevard County, Florida school system. Dad even visited the school and discussed the evaluation with the instructor who praised the Wang units as being head and shoulders better than the others. Wang had 16 dual units operating out of one brief case sized processor. The children had even knocked Wang units off the desks, picked them up, and kept right on going.
Wang Laboratories, of course, was a pioneer in the development of electronic calculators/computers that included Numerical Control (NC) instruments for machine tools, a justifying photo-typesetting machine called Linasec, his LOCI technical computer line (Logarithmic Computing Instrument), his more user friendly Wang electronic desk calculators, and more. Thus, the Wang magnetic "Pulse Transfer Controlling Device" made magnetic core memory a practical reality and his LOCI technology which generated logarithms with a single keystroke enabled Wang Labs engineers to conceive and design a steady flow of innovations and instruments serving office automation, information processing, and systems controls.
The potential was recognized by investors everywhere who were still purchasing Wang stock onbalance when the market prices were being illegally manipulated down in 1969-70. This was clearly in evidence by plots of onbalance tick volume versus price. Dad didn't understand what was going on at the time but he did recognize the potential.
Similarly, University Computing Company was in the process of creating a commercial Internet in 1969-70 period by setting up the equivalent of computer servers linked together with microwave transmission towers to service customers nationwide. This, again, represented a tremendous potential as further evidenced today by the modern Internet. Again, investors nationwide recognized the vast potential and were purchasing UCC stock onbalance which was then being illegally manipulated down and restrained by the market operators. Again, Dad didn't know what was really transpiring but he did recognize the vast potential. And onbalance tick volume plotted versus price confirmed what had been happening.
3. Setting Up Their Victims: Note: When the Market Operators adversely hold the price of stock down and create economic turmoil, youthful corporations have difficulty acquiring necessary operating capital, banks who previously issued ample short term loans now refuse to roll over the loans while demanding repayment of debt ... an impossibility for youthful corporations. Thus, corporations were maliciously bankrupted as their securities prices were adversely dumped far below market value represented by a legitimate price established by an unfettered public supply and demand. This price manipulation, of course, is accomplished by the Market Operators who water down the stock through the unlimited sale of bogus, counterfeit receipts (i.e. extensive short selling) which enables the Market Operators to move price as they see fit. The markets then falsify publicly reported data to conceal what's going on.
It should be emphasized that the securities price is where the youthful corporation gets much of its necessary operating capital; whereas, bonds and other loans saddle the corporation with unnecessary debt. That is, if securities prices were allowed to go up according to public supply and demand the corporations could eliminate their unnecessary debts and acquire sufficient operating capital. That's the whole purpose of selling stock in the first place. Whereas, when a youthful corporation's securities price is adversely manipulated down by Market Operators the na�ve company management is induced to acquire short term debt in lieu of selling stock at mysteriously low prices. Thus, the corporation as a na�ve victim is easily set up for a fall regardless of the corporation's potential and public buying.
4. Robbed And Threatened: Now, when Dad invested in options in preparation for the May 1970 bottom both University Computing and Wang Labs' securities were maliciously and artificially held on the bottom by the Market Operators despite very profuse public buying thus also robbing my family. When Dad began researching matters, how was it possible, he then was told to cease his research by both the brokerage firm and through my mother's family. Her Uncle was head comptroller for Nelson Rockefeller, a Rothschild right hand man, who at the time was the behind-the-scenes world ruler of the Biblical Sixth Kingdom that reigned from Solomon unto 1988. They, both the brokerage and family, had clearly informed Dad in the form of threats that he should stop researching and cease investigating or his family would be destroyed. And that threat was carried out. Nevertheless, Dad continued surviving and carrying on his research that began with (1) investigating the corrupt market operations and continued with (2) the simplicity of controlling a nation's economy by regulating several basic factors, (3) the nation's laws, (4) the organizations behind-the-scenes, and (5) the Scriptures which put the whole puzzle together.
It's a very simple matter to recognize that corruption reigns in Washington DC, New York, London, and elsewhere. For example, Why is the US Government paying a billion dollars a day ($363.8 Billion in 1998) in bogus interest charges purportedly for "borrowing" accounting notations representing paper fiat money, money that could be created in the US Treasury without payment of a dime of either principle or interest to International Organized Crime via their private Federal Reserve? Why has the Executive, the Congress, the Courts, and the People not put a stop to this robbery of the US Treasury? Why has the Justice Department and law enforcement not imprisoned the thieves and their agents and confiscated their properties and assets? Don't the RICO laws apply to the very rich thieves? Isn't it time to clean up such criminal operations? Why do the individual States freely license thieves' agents selling bogus, counterfeit receipts in nearly every community in this nation?
5. Controls By Gangster's Agents (Daniel 8:23-25): It is rather easy to observe mysterious economic disparity: that the demolished can be made healthy; while, conversely, the very healthy can be made sick. For example, Europe following World War II under the Marshal Plan suddenly became economically vibrant even though all was in chaos. Similarly, Japan suddenly became an economic powerhouse risen from an economic grave overnight. Also, a once viable corporation that's bankrupted (to destroy all common stock and obliterate the bogus, counterfeit receipts while investors are robbed blind) can similarly become another very viable entity almost overnight. So, when Bankruptcy Courts are forbidden from declaring common stock worthless and forcing the sale of corporate assets ... that takes away the gangster's vehicle for wiping out their bogus, counterfeit receipts. The only short selling that should be allowed in the major markets is the farmer who sells his crop in advance as the farmer has both an ability and intent to deliver. That would take away the gangster's vehicle for robbing the citizenry and their corporations. And corporate management's pay and emoluments must be limited and not allowed to help gut any corporation from the inside. Similarly, if every receipt or block of receipts sold is identified to a pedigree in the legitimate securities sold by a corporation, the Market Operators' endeavors to water securities become much more difficult.
6. Behind-The-Scenes Powers: I returned in 1980 and began helping my Dad and soon found that I too was a target of what turned out to be corrupt FBI agents serving and protecting organized crime.
During this period of helping Dad the Scriptures explained certain matters which became clearer as time progressed: that there are indeed powers behind-the-scenes, powers behind the human powers running this world. And most people readily recognize the Prince of this world (Luke 4:5-7; Jeremiah 25:11-12; Daniel 2:28,37-38; 4:30-31; etc.).
Therefore, the Scriptures admonish people to "... Come out of her, My people ... Deliver thyself...." That is, people have been forewarned to start obeying and prepare to move from under GOD'S Left to under GOD'S Right where health, youth, and well-being are to be restored and death no longer will be a factor (Revelation 18:4; Jeremiah 51:6; Zechariah 2:6-7; Psalm 23:1-6; 91:1-16; 110:1; 28:5; Isaiah 5:12; Deuteronomy 28:1-14; etc.). While evildoers, their helpers, and others (i.e. those who don't pay heed) are to suffer the wrath of GOD over the next 1,000 or 1,500 years or far longer if they remain amongst the Tares (Deuteronomy 28:59,15-68; Zephaniah 1:1-18; Joel 1:15; 2:1-11; etc.).

7. Protecting The Thievery: The corrupt FBI's actions and endeavors to deter me and others from helping my Dad even resulted in my being arrested while riding my Dad's bicycle while obeying all rules and regulations that pertain to bicycle riders along a roadway that I had traversed more than 1,000 times during the proceeding years and still do. I was falsely accused of riding down the middle of the highway between the lanes of traffic which if true I would have been taken to the hospital or morgue instead of jail. I was not provided a legible copy of the Sheriff's Deputy's false allegations and not even given a legitimate first appearance by a judge who knowingly disregarded the laws and threw me back in jail. My second court appearance was conducted by bailiffs with no judge present and my being without the assistance of even a public defender. When I refused to sign a falsified court appearance document both myself and two witnesses were physically escorted out of the courtroom while refusing to provide me with a legible copy of the allegations against me as required by law. Note that I was being accused as a criminal and held in jail for an offense which, if true, the law designates as being a non-criminal traffic infraction. Both the judge and prosecutor were fully aware. Subsequently, that falsified court document claimed that I had appeared in court before a judge with counsel which I did not have and a plea was entered which never happened nor was one asked for. Subsequently, the Clerk of Courts had even refused to provide me with copies of transcripts of court actions. This practice of falsifying documents to conceal corruption in Brevard County Courts includes attempting to falsely frame and imprison an innocent citizen to serve the corrupt FBI endeavoring to protect International Organized Crime robbing the citizenry of these United States including the citizens of the State of Florida. And the individual States are licensing the thieves' agents who freely and openly operate with impunity and with illegal protection by public servants on the public payrolls.
8. Authorities Join The Evildoers: Matters have been brought to the attention of and are now being appealed to the Florida Supreme Court since October 2000 with notification to Florida Legislators, the Florida Attorney General, the Governor of Florida, and the President of the United States pursuant to both Federal and State Misprision Laws which require citizens having knowledge of crimes to report same to responsible authorities.
